We will contact you with a confirmation of your scheduled training session once payment is received in full. We will also contact you within 48 hours of each scheduled session to confirm date, time, and number of participants.
We can schedule trainings for days, evenings, or weekends. Availabilty is based on the order in which we receive the Registration Form and payment. We are unable to reserve dates or schedule trainings by phone or online. |

On-Site Professional Development Training in Early Childhood Education
FOR 1-9 PARTICIPANTS:
$250 - 3 HOUR CORE KNOWLEDGE TRAINING
$375 - 6 HOUR CORE KNOWLEDGE TRAINING*
FOR 10-25 PARTICIPANTS:
$375 - 3 HOUR CORE KNOWLEDGE TRAINING
$650 - 6 HOUR CORE KNOWLEDGE TRAINING*
($10 fee for each additional participant beyond 25)
*Two 3 hour sessions can be combined for the 6 hour rate

Discounted Rates
|
Core Knowledge Professional Development Training: Centers in Pennsylvania participating in the Keystone Stars program are eligible for a 10% discount of the total cost of each professional development training session. To receive the discounted rate:
1. Complete the Registration Form using calculations based on standard rates.
2. Complete the Discount Pricing Certificate to calculate the 10% discounted rates.
3. Enclose the Discount Pricing Certificate with the Registration Form and payment.
Red Cross Health and Safety Training: As part of our Community Services, child care workers receive a reduced rate in Health and Safety training. Schools, daycares, family child care, and nannies are eligible for a 30% discount on First Aid and CPR/AED training. Use the rates for “Child Care Workers” when completing the Red Cross Health and Safety Training Registration Form to automattically receive the discount.

Cancellations/
Rescheduling
|
Cancellations made at least 10 business days prior to scheduled training sessions are eligible for a full refund or full credit towards future training sessions.
Cancellations made less than 10 business days of scheduled training sessions (but no less than 48 hours) are eligible for full credit towards future training sessions.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled training sessions are eligible for credit towards future training sessions, minus a $50 processing fee. |
Certificates |
Certificates are awarded to participants who successfully complete at least 80% of the written assessment. Core Knowledge certificates are given at the end of each training session. Red Cross certificates are mailed within 3 weeks of training completion. |
Inclement Weather Policy |
In case of snow or other potentially hazardous weather or emergency situations, a decision may be made to cancel a scheduled training session. Our number one priority is the safety and well being of all participants, as well as our instructors. If your training session is cancelled, we will notify you by phone and by email. |
Childcare |
Childcare is not provided for training sessions. Please make other arrangements for children. |
